Location - one mile north on Leigh Farm Road at intersection of NC 54 highway and I-40 in Southwest Durham County on property owned by Richard S. Leigh descendants.

This is a family cemetery which is well maintained. It occupies about one half acre and contains about 25 graves. There many stone markers and about 15 have readable markers. The earliest known burial was about 1861 and the last known burial was in 1946. The nearby farm of Richard Stanford Leigh was built in 1825 and is on the National Register of Historic Places.

About two acres of the Leigh Farm land was purchased in June 1995 by the Triangle Land Conservancy.
