      Location - off US Highway 70 about one mile north off Sanders Avenue. Sanders is about 3/4 mile south-east of the intersection of US 70 and Mineral Springs Road.

      This was an old abandoned cemetery and it is not known who was buried there. The cemetery was removed in April 2004 due to development of the land by Cornwall Development Co., Brightleaf Subdivision. There were six graves found and all six were reburied at Markham Memorial Gardens in Durham County. The new burials are in the Garden of Peace, side B, plots 299-D1 and 299-D2.
