Location - Smithfield.


On site of old Green Hill Church & School. Off Hwy 70 west from Smithfield past Pippin Motors. Turn at dirt path past Pippins at a white house. Approx 1/2 mile back towards woods. not fenced & grown over. 4 graves. Abandoned. Additions & information given by Sara Belle Kennedy May 1986. This was a large burial ground for the community until the church site was moved about 2 miles north on Barbour road. Add. info. from death certificates.
