Location - at the very end of Bissette Lane (SR 1903),

Located in the woods, and is difficult to find without someone showing you. The cemetery was at the location of the Garris Chapel until the chapel was moved onto Gum Swamp Road, east of Bissette Lane.
St. John's Episcopal Church was organized January 31, 1845, by John H. Burney, Frederick Johnson, Allen Patrick, Lewis B. Pugh, and Bryan Kilpatrick.
