      Directions: From Newton Grove take Hwy 55 East (Mt. Olive Hwy) to Emmet Thorton Rd (SR-1710). Go for about 0.8 mile. The cemetery is on the left.

      This is one of two Thornton Family cemeteries very near each other on Emmet Thornton Rd.
