      Directions: From intersection of US Hwy 601 S and NC Hwy 268 in Dobson (Fairview Crossroads), go south on US Hwy 601 for .8 mile and turn right on a dirt/gravel road across the Hwy from Providence Way. There is a cable gate several feet in from the Hwy on private property. Walk the dirt/gravel road to the top of the hill on the right where a field meets the tree and brush line which is where the grave is located. The stone is somewhat hidden by a tree and brush. The estimated distance from the Hwy is +/- 900 feet.
