Directions: From intersection of US Hwy 52 and US 601 (Rockford St) in Mt. Airy, go south on US Hwy 52 for 3.2 miles and turn right on the Holly Springs exit. At the stop sign, turn right on Old US Hwy 52 S and go 1.7 miles and turn right on Storey Lane. The church and cemetery are on the left.

This survey was completed April 25, 2009 by Bob Carter (Greensboro, NC) and represents all burials found with grave markers. It is presumed there are a few other burials without markers. The survey began at the northeast corner of the cemetery at Storey Lane (front of the church) and worked in a zig-zag fashion (right to left and left to right) from north to south until the last graves were recorded near the back of the church. Additional data in the Married To or Notes section is based on obituaries, birth, marriage, and death records as well as US census records.
