This graveyard is, at the present (1998), maintained by Larry Garner who lives in the house adjacent to the site.
Directions - in Fuquay Varina,at the intersection of Hwy. 401 south (Main St.) and Hwy. 42 west, (W. Academy St.) take Hwy. 42 west 2.5 mi. to Piney Grove-Wilbon Rd. Turn north on Piney Grove-Wilbon Rd.(only runs one way) go .8 mi. to the cemetery located on the corner of Knightwood Rd. & Piney Grove-Wilbon Rd.
This tiny family cemetery is listed as "Cemetery Lot-Pine Ridge Estate, Section 2" in the county land records. It contains .22 acres, is family owned and well tended. There is a place to park. It is not suitable for more burials.
There are 5 rough stones marking graves with no inscriptions.
