"Bobby" Ellington, 49, of 526 Ellington Road, died at 8 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 14. A native of Alamance County, he was the husband of Delores Terrell Ellington, who survives, and the son of Harvey and Alease Smith Ellington of Good-land, Fla. He was a construction worker. Survivors other than his wife of Reidsville and his parents include one stepdaughter, Mrs. Paula Ray of Chapel Hill; one stepson, Gregg Harris of Graham; one brother, Van Ellington of Goodland; three sisters, Mrs. Jeannette Beutti, Darleth Ellington and Jan Ellington, all of Goodland; and one step-grandchild. A graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday at Cedar Cliff United Methodist Church cemetery by the Rev. Robert K. Eldridge. The family will be at the McClure Funeral Home in Graham from 7 to 9 Friday evening.

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Katie Ann Ellington; one son, Harvey Ellington of Miami. Fla.; one sister, Mrs. Lillie King of Ohio; and five grandchildren. Died Thursday, May 24, 1962.

Husband of Ella Coble Sharpe. Obituary: GRAHAM - Benjamin Sharp, 86, of Graham died at his home Monday after three weeks of critical illness. He was a retired farmer and a resident of Graham for the last 35, years. His wife was the late Mrs. Ella Coble Sharpe. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Ida May Henderson of Graham and Mrs. Anabel Hill of Burlington; one son, Clarence L. Sharp of Graham; one sister, Mrs. Katie Ellington of Rt. 1, Graham; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. The funeral will be held at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday in Cedar Cliff Methodist Church, of which he was a member. Rev. T. M. Faggart, pastor, will conduct the service assisted by Rev. Coy Thompson, pastor of Glen Raven Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
