Located on Polly Hill Road. From US 70E at Smyrna Crossroads take Marshallberg Road (SR 1347) about 3 miles to Polly Hill Road (SR 1355), turn right and proceed 0.2 mile to the cemetery on left side of the road.

Abandoned. Last burial was in Sep 1924.
