On 25 March 1996, Will and Audrey Heiser recorded 2 grave markers and 3 field stones. Stone markers are broken and leaning against a tree. Doug Berg visited the site in February 2019 to photograph markers and confirm other data. He noted at least 4 graves marked with fieldstones and 2 inscribed grave markers on the ground. A thick growth of briars over the cemetery prevents a more accurate count.

Miscellaneous information: Sam and Matilda Baldwin are buried on the property of Sam's brother Joseph Baldwin (the man they named the township for in 1869). The little family plot is near the smaller of two early Baldwin home-sites above Meadow branch. Several unidentified stones are with those of Sam and Matilda. Placement of Sam and Matilda's stones, which currently lie on the ground or are leaned against a tree, is uncertain because a drunk driver once used the stones to gain traction out of the ditch into which he'd run his car. John Sparrow grew up on the place and witnessed this as a boy on his bicycle in the 1960s. The man glared and John hastened away. It was later they found the stones in the ditch. Info from Doug Berg.
