      Location - Baldwin Township. On the west side of SR 1525, Hamlet's Chapel Road, 0.25 mile north of SR 1532, Manns Chapel Road, behind the church building (west side). Note that D57.2 is also associated with Hamlet's Chapel Christian AME Church.

      In May 1999, Doris Flexnor and Audrey O. Heiser recorded 180 grave markers and 4 illegible funeral markers. In the fall of 2014 Glenn Lazarus, Paul Mitchell and Mark Sonnentag reinventoried the cemetery. They added 66 burials and corrected many others. Fifteen markers found in 1999 were not located in 2014.
