Location - Williams Township. Approx. 300 feet west of Highwoods Ridge in gated Legacy development. Approx. 1.2 miles along Old Raleigh Road from Mt. Gilead Church Road.

In 2004 Jane Pyle and John David Eliason recorded 24 readable markers and noted a large number of sunken areas and unmarked fieldstone markers. In 2015 Jim and Bev Wiggins were escorted to the site by Fred Ward (property manager for The Legacy). They photographed 24 legible markers, including one not recorded in 2004, and excluding one recorded in 2004 which was not located. One burial record has been added from death certificate data.

Significant events: Located on Old Redfield Road, sometimes called Raleigh Road. Said to be remnant of settlement with school, church. Owners of parcel 17385, to the south of the cemetery say there is an old stone chimney on their property, said to have belonged to the Haw River School.
