On 1 May 1990, Wade Hadley, with E. H. Foust, visited this cemetery. He recorded one tombstone and noted six other graves marked by field stones. On 11 May 1999, Will Heiser with Charlie Thomas visited this cemetery and noted white marble military marker and 16 field stones. On 23 May 1999, Dennis Brooks furnished a data sheet on Joshua C. Causey's Confederate service.
