On 23 May 1995, Will M. Heiser found the cemetery with the help of Charlie B. Thomas. Only 2 grave markers with illegible inscriptions were found. Charlie Thomas also said the following people were buried here: Ellison McIver, Fannie Thomas (his grandmother), Maggie Emerson, d. ca. 1925 (he helped dig her grave), and Marion Emerson.

On 20 February 1999, Will Heiser visited the cemetery with Mike Moody, Real Estate Broker, and 4 legible stones were recorded and about 4 broken or illegible markers were noted.
