In 1992 James Phillips reported an abandoned Phillips family cemetery with about fifteen gravesites. A graveyard is drawn on plat A-291. The site has not been visited by CCHA.
In 2007, owner Chris Mathewson reported that this may not be a Phillips graveyard, but may be related to the Beals. The grave yard isn't enclosed it is in the woods with no barriers. The graves are marked with just stones that are at each end of the graves facing east and west. There are no inscriptions of any kind on the head stones.
