On 2 December 2000, this cemetery was surveyed by Will Heiser with Roger Foushee, Percy Horton, Mary Elizabeth Foushee, Bill Crabtree and Michael Burke, Duke Forest technician. Two legible markers were found with 7 field stones in an area about 25 feet by 50 feet. Chris Whitted visited and photographed the cemetery, grave markers, and nearby homesite on 25 Jan 2020.
