Location - Gulf Township. South side of SR 2303, Goldston--Glendon Road, 0.4 mile west of Indian Creek. The cemetery is beneath a large walnut tree and the ground is covered in periwinkle.

On 20 December 2001, Andy Wilkie reported 3 grave markers. In June 2002, Ike Spivey reported 4 grave markers. Lacy Garner visited the site in April 2014 and photographed all of the visible markers.

Number of graves: approx.10-12. White: Yes. Unrestricted access: Yes. Enclosed: No. Markers: Yes. Markers with inscriptions: Yes. Number of readable markers: 4. Last burial: 1911. First burial: 1853.
Other information: According to Lacy Garner, historian of Company H, 26th Regiment, NC State Troops, Thomas Jefferson Wilkie was in Company E, not in Company F as indicated on his marker. The application for Thomas J. Wilkie's CSA marker was made by Charlie W. Fields of Bynum in 1931. When Mr. Fields made application he incorrectly put company F. Somewhere along the way someone made the correction but not before the marker was already shipped with Company F. NC's 41st Regiment was later designated 3rd NC Cavalry. Application for marker for Thomas J. Wilkie. Transferred to Company H, 26th Regt. on November 16, 1864. Captured at "Clementstown," [Virginia] on April 5, 1865. Held P.O.W. at Point Lookout, MD. Took the Oath of Allegiance and released on June 21, 1865 .
