Location - in Stoney Creek Township northwest of Rocky Mount, east of Interstate 95, west of NC 48 and north of NC 43.

Directions: from Benvenue Road (NC 43) in Rocky Mount, go northwest on Gold Rock Road (NC 48) for about 2 miles, then turn left onto Boseman Road. Go about 1.5 miles and turn right into a private drive. Go 800-900 feet down the drive (passing a small house on the left) and the cemetery will be on the left.

Robert Henry Ricks (a very prominent member of the Rocky Mount community) is buried here with his wife, Tempie Thorne. She was the daughter of John E. Thorne and his wife Elizabeth Drake. At this time (2019) the cemetery is maintained by the Robert Henry Ricks camp of the Sons of Confederate Veterans (SCV).
