Location - In Northeast Cedar Grove Township on Walnut Grove Church Road (SR #1001) just past the intersection (going north) with Jimmy Ed Road (SR #1514), near the Person County line.

Survey - The older cemetery behind the church was surveyed on June 9, 1973 and rechecked on October 1, 1974. Photographs by Milton Forsyth in January 2005. Newer larger cemetery.

Graves, Marked - There were 36 marked graves.

Graves, Unmarked - There were 42 unmarked graves.

Comment - A white frame church and adjoining small cemetery were on the east or right side of the road in the 1970s. By the 1990s there was also a newer larger cemetery area across the road from the church. In 2005 the church, which celebrated its 125th anniversary in 2004, will dedicate a large new modern church building on Jimmy Ed Road just south of the present site.
