The Smith family cemetery tract is 0.54 of an acre, more or less, and generally described as follows: Beginning at Point A, southwest edge of the Smith family cemetery tract, 10 feet South 29 degrees East from stone at the western-most corner of the Smith family cemetery tract, and runs thence South 29 degrees East 90 feet and South 49 degrees 30 minutes East 130 feet to an iron pipe at stone; thence a new line North 16 degrees East 230 feet to an iron pipe at stone; thence South 76 degrees 00 minutes West 217 feet to a stone, western-most corner of Smith family cemetery tract; thence South 29 degrees East 10 feet to the beginning point, as shown on plat of Land of Theodore Love, surveyed 5-25-1986 by Ralph L.
